DANCING CODE was a beaten favorite behind Mugen at Sha Tin last time. He is unbeaten on this course and will be looking to get himself back in the winners’ enclosure. LA CITY BLANCHE’S last two starts have been in Group 3 company and he should give the top selection a good run for his money.
13:40 – Race 3 | Class 4 | 1200m

HERCULES was a narrow winner in his last start. It will be intriguing to see if Harmony N Home can give the form line a boost in Race 1. ALLOY KING was beaten the narrowest of margins in his last start over this course and distance. He has shown a clear preference for this course and is capable of finding a place in this line-up.
14:10 – Race 4 | Class 1 | 1200m

SON PAK FU faced much stronger in a Group 1 last time. He is loaded with ability and should take a power of beating. BUNDLE OF CHARM finished third behind Howdeepisyourlove 9 days ago and if this run hasn’t come too soon, he should put in another honest performance. DUKE WAI is next best.
14:40 – Race 5 | Class 4 | 1800m

MR ALADDIN finished half a length behind the winner in his last start and it is encouraging Karis Teetan has kept faith in the ride. SERANGOON finished a neck behind the top selection in his penultimate run. The pair meet on similar weight terms and there shouldn’t be too much separating them in the run down to the line.
15:10 – Race 6 | Class 4 | 1650m

SATIRICAL GLORY finished a length behind WIN WIN FIGHTER in his recent outing. He is 2.5kgs better off at the weights and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. GALLANT VALOUR has attractive form lines and is a genuine contender. The obvious concern is the wide draw.
15:45 – Race 7 | Class 3 | 1650m

TOURBILLON PRINCE finished runner-up over this course and distance last time. He is the narrow first selection in a competitive Class 3 contest. The top-weight GALAXY WITNESS had decent form before given a two-month break. If returning fit, he should be involved in the fight to the finish. MASTER OF FORTUNE showed good improvement last time and can feature if suited to this course.
16:15 – Race 8 | Class 3 | 1200m

COPARTNER AMBITION is in a rich vein of form. He remains in Class 3 and goes for a hat-trick of wins. HARMONY N BLESSED finished a nose behind Nicconi County in his last start and a repeat of that effort should see him finish in the money. WONDER KIT has consistent form lines to his credit. He comes in at the top of the weights and merits healthy respect.
16:50 – Race 9 | Class 3 | 1000m

HAPPY UNITED won his last start in good fashion defeating HEROIC MASTER. He is a 1000m specialist and should be one of the leading contenders. ATOMIC ENERGY finished 1.2 lengths behind the top selection in his last start. He is nicely weighted with apprentice Angus Chung aboard and can make his presence felt in the lucky last!
