The Millard-trained CHARIZARD has fair recent form lines to his credit. He steps up in trip and can give another good account of himself in this opening contest.

DAY DAY RICH is coming along the right way. He shoulders a handy galloping weight and the booking of Zac Purton to ride suggests he is fit enough to win now. DRAGON KINGDOM was narrowly beaten by SUNSHINE LEGENDARY last time. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights and can turn the tables on his recent conqueror.
13:45 – Race 3 | Class 4 | 1650m
Selections: 9/7/10
The grey HAPPY ANGEL was beaten a length over this distance last time. He is nicely handicapped and is a genuine contender in this type of field. BEAUTY MISSION finished just in front of the top selection last time. The pair meet on similar weight terms and there shouldn’t be too much separating them in the run down to the wire.
14:15 – Race 4 | Class 4 | 1200m

DENFIELD is hard to ignore on his last start when beaten half a length by Kokushi Musoa. He is lightly raced and should prove tough to beat if repeating that type of effort. MODEST GENTLEMAN has placed in his last two starts and likes this distance. SUPER COMMANDER is a likely pacesetter in this line-up and will be looking to go gun to tape under Luke Ferraris.
14:45 – Race 5 | Class 4 | 1650m

BIG TWO produced a good third-place finish behind The Hulk. He should be cherry-ripe having his third run after a rest and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. SPLENDID LIVING is in a rich vein of form. He performs well for Harry Bentley and will have plenty of followers.
15:15 – Race 6 | Class 4 | 1200m

WOOD ON FIRE followed up his recent win well when a beaten favorite behind One For All. All six of his victories have been achieved on this course and another good late run is expected. FLYING ON THE TURF wasn’t disgraced after a hat-trick of wins. Zac Purton has kept faith in the ride which is a big plus and the combination merit healthy respect.
15:45 – Race 7 | Class 3 | 1200m

HOSS is well-drawn and almost reeled off a hat-trick of wins last time. He is loaded with ability and can get back to winning ways. BEAUTY TYCOON is the class package in the race. He comes in at the top of the weights and should be one of the leading contenders.

HELENE FEELING got up to beat the favourite Rocket Spade last time. He is on the upgrade and his third-place finish behind the talented Howdeepisyourlove is a form line that catches the eye. MALDIVES finished just in front of LOYAL BABY in his last start and could be one to fill the exacta spot.
16:50 – Race 9 | Class 3 | 1200m

ACT OF FAITH was beaten the narrowest of margins by the game Xponential in his last outing. He showed a good turn of foot on that occasion and is more than capable of winning in this class. HEROIC MASTER was making good late progress when 1.4 lengths behind the top selection. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights and must also be strongly considered in the lucky last!
