She stayed on at the finish in the Grade 3 City Of Cape Town Cape Of Good Hope Nursery last time, but found one too good in the form of Winter Cloud. The daughter of What A Winter is back in Maiden Company and she should find herself in the winner’s enclosure.

SHE’S MY CAPTAIN showed good speed over this distance at Hollywoodbets Durbanville last time, tried hard but found one too good in the form of Hunting Trip. She has won once, finished second twice and third once from six starts over this C&D. Richard Fourie steps back into the saddle and she is the horse to beat.

TRIVIAL MATTER has not finished too far off the winner in recent outings. He showed good pace last time, but was caught in the shadow of the post by Mufasa. He has won once, finished second twice and third three times from as many starts over this C&D. Grant van Niekerk takes the ride and he may be able to coax that little bit extra out of him where it matters most.
