She finished third in her only attempt over this C&D. The 5yo mare should strip a much fitter horse today and can return to winning ways.

POMODORO’S JET followed up his maiden win with a good second-place finish over this distance at Durbanville. He was unlucky that day as he had found traffic problems in the straight. The son of Pomodoro is having his second run after a rest and should strip much fitter. With a bit of luck in running, he should find himself in the winner’s enclosure.

QUEEN’S WOOD ran a good race when finishing second over this C&D last time. He stayed on nicely at the finish that day, but found one too good in the form of Double Charge. The son of Count Dubois takes a slight drop in class and in this type of field, he may be the one to side with.
