ROYAL BOMB was beaten the narrowest of margins by Golden Empire last time. He shoulders top weight but is the class in the race and will have plenty of followers. EN POINTE has ultra-consistent form lines. He was beaten just over a length by the progressive Galaxy Witness last time and merits healthy respect.

PRECISE EXPRESS was beaten 1.5 lengths by hat-trick achiever LEADING FORTUNE last time. He is 2.5kgs better off at the weights, likes this C&D and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. INIFINITE POWER is better than his below-par last effort and if reproducing his best form, could be one to cause an upset.

HAPPY FOREVER made vast progress in his second start when just pipped at the wire by Smiling Collector over this C&D. He still has plenty scope for improvement and Z. Purton may be able to coax extra out of him where it matters most. GALLANT WAKING followed up his debut victory with a moderate effort but has trialled since and can find a swift return to form.

FANTASTIC SHOW was beaten just under a length by Brilliant Way last time. He is also drawn wide but has the form to win in this type of line-up.

MASTER EIGHT was narrowly beaten by SIGHT SUCCESS in a competitive finish over this C&D last time. He is 1kg worse off at the weights but is still on the upgrade and will be looking to make amends. ROCK YA HEART has been beaten by a nose in his last two starts. He looks handicapped to win and can record his fourth career triumph. FIVE ELEMENTS finished half a length behind SUPER FORTUNE last time. He is 1kg better off at the weights, should be cherry-ripe having his third run after a rest and must be considered in the lucky last.
