BOWIE was a tad disappointing in his last start over 1200m. It must be noted that the horse that finished fourth that day has come out and won since. He has finished second five times and third twice from nine starts on this course. He will enjoy the rise to 1500m and with Gavin Lerena in the saddle, he can notch up his fourth career victory.
