The daughter of Querari would have come on from the run and should make the natural improvement. She may be the one to side with in this line-up.

ORARARI GOLD ran a creditable race in the Grade 3 Fillies Mile last time. Despite over racing in the early stages that day, the manner in which she finished off her race was encouraging. It must be noted that multiple horses from that form line have come out and won since. The daughter of Oratorio is the best weighted runner in this contest and if switching off early, she should return to winning ways.

THYMETOSHINE ran a fair race in his last start over 1450m on this course. He returns from a 24-week break, during which time he would have strengthened up. The son of Pomodoro won his maiden over this distance. It is encouraging that Gavin Lerena rides on his return and if not in need of the run, he should be the one to beat.
