Blu Voucher T20 Competition – Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BLU VOUCHER T20 COMPETITION VALID FROM 16 OCTOBER – 13 NOVEMBER 2022

Customers stand a chance to win a share of R10 000 in cash. To enter, customers must purchase a Blu Voucher to the value of R20 or more, redeem it into their Hollywoodbets account, then visit www.hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in once on the promotions page, for all their deposits to be entered.

1. The competition starts on 16 October 2022.
2. The competition ends on 13 November 2022.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. To enter customers must purchase a Blu Voucher to the value of R20 or more, redeem it into their Hollywoodbets account, then visit hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in once on the promotions page, for their deposits to be entered.
5. Five winners will each win R2 000 in cash.
6. The prizes will be deposited directly into the winners Hollywoodbets account, and they will then be able to withdraw.
7. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries
8. The draws will take place at the Hollywoodbets Umhlanga Team Support Office, which will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on:

• 20 October 2022 (1 winner will win R2 000 in cash)
• 26 October 2022 (1 winner will win R2 000 in cash)
• 31 October 2022 (1 winner will win R2 000 in cash)
• 07 November 2022 (1 winner will win R2 000 in cash)
• 14 November 2022 (1 winner will win R2 000 in cash) 
  9. Entries are not limited; in order to qualify for a draw, you will need to have placed a qualifying bet during the competition period.
  10. The winners will be notified via SMS or phone call.
  11. By entering the competition, you agree:
  12. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
  13. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
  14. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and  photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

12. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
13. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
14. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
15. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
16. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
17. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
18. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
