Terms and Conditions

Boxer Competition

Valid from 01 November 2022 – 31 January 2023

Customers stand a chance to win a share of over R150 000 (one hundred and fifty thousand Rand) in Boxer vouchers and Eco tanks. To enter, customers need to purchase Holly Top Up Vouchers to the value of R50 (fifty Rand) or more from Boxer stores, redeem it into their Hollywoodbets accounts, and opt in once on the promotions page.

1. The competition runs from 01 November 2022–31 January 2023.
2. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition and have a valid Hollywoodbets account.
3. Top Up Vouchers must be purchased between 01 November 2022– 31 January 2023.
4. Every Top Up Voucher counts as one entry into the competition and each voucher can only be used once.
5. Entries are not limited; all losing entries that are not drawn in the previous draw will be carried forward to the next draw.
6. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
7. The winners are limited to one prize only throughout the competition.

8. The winners will be notified via phone call/SMS by a Hollywoodbets representative. 

9. The winners can collect their Boxer voucher at their nearest Boxer store.
10. Vouchers can be collected within 5-10 working days from draw dates.
11. 65 winners will be selected to win a once-off Boxer voucher valued at R2 000 (two thousand Rand).
12. Duration of the competition will be 3 (three) months, where we can select 20-25 winners each month and can be broken up further into 5 (five) weekly winners.
13. The Grand draw for the Eco tanks will take place on 31 January 2023.
14. The winner will need to provide us with an activated Hollywoodbets cell phone number and address to claim the prize.
15. Winners for the draw will be drawn on the below dates.

Eco Tanks Draw Dates:

• 1^st February (10 winners)

16. Eco tank winners will be contacted by a Hollywoodbets representative.
17. The delivery of the Eco tanks will take 31 days from the draw date.
18. Installation expenses for the Eco tanks will be covered by Hollywoodbets. Each winner be given R2 000 (two thousand Rand) to help cover installation costs.
19. The prizes are non-transferable for cash.
20. Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence related to the entry will be considered.
21. By entering the competition, you agree:
    1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
    2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
    3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
22. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
23. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
24. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
25. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
26. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
27. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
