TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Formula 1 Chalkline Competition.

27 – 29 May 2022.

Customers stand a chance to 1 of 3, TFG R1 000 Vouchers. To enter, correctly predict the result of the first three places in the Formula 1 Grand Prix De Monaco 2022 main race on Sunday, 29 May 2022, on the official Hollywoodbets Chalkline website.  Customers can double  their winnings if  they take a bet with your Hollywoodbets account on the same race.

1. The prize consists of 1 of 3, TFG R1000 Vouchers.
2. Winners can double their prize (R1 000), which will become a R2000 TFG voucher, if they also place a bet on the main race using their Hollywoodbets account.
3. Entries must be received before the start of the main race on 29 May 2022. Hollywoodbets accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Hollywoodbets by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries or entries via agents, or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered.
4. The winners will be determined by the highest number of correct winning picks from the main race and double the winnings, if they place a bet on the race with their Hollywoodbets account.
5. In the event of a tie, a random draw will decide the winners.
6. Only entries made on the official Hollywoodbets Chalkline website will be considered as valid.
7. Only one entry per person will be counted as valid.
8. Winners will be announced on 30 May 2022.
9. Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence related to that decision will be considered.
10. Should Hollywoodbets be unable to contact the winners within 72-hours of the result of the race then a second set of entrants will be drawn and selected as the winners.
11. This competition is open to the public. You will, however, need a FICA compliant Hollywoodbets account in order to claim your prize.
12. The winners will be notified via phone call.
13. By entering the competition, you agree:
    1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
    2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
    3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

14. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
15. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
16. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
17. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
18. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
19. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
20. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
