TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Valid from 1 August – 30 September 2022

1. The Hollywoodbets and Avo App by Nedbank competition runs from 1 August – 30 September 2022.
2. Hollywoodbets Nedbank customers stand a chance to win a share of R20 000 in cash.
3. Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
4. To participate in the competition, Hollywoodbets Nedbank customers must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher to the value of R20 or more on the Avo by Nedbank App, redeem the Holly Top Up Voucher into their Hollywoodbets betting account and be automatically entered into the competition.
5. Entries are not limited; each Holly Top Up Voucher to the value of R20 or more purchased and redeemed will count as an additional entry.
6. Participants must have a valid Hollywoodbets betting account.
7. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries. Our Data Warehouse will be the main data source, and the qualifying client information will be extracted by the digital data team. The draw will take place at the Hollywoodbets head office by means of a random computer-generated algorithm supervised by an internal auditor.

9. The winners will be contacted telephonically, and the cash won will be deposited directly into the winners Hollywoodbets account and can be withdrawn.
10. A person may only win one prize for the duration of the competition.
11. The winners will be announced on the dates of each draw.
12. By entering the competition, you agree:

• that Hollywoodbets and Nedbank may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
• to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
• to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

13. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
14. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
15. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
16. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets and Nedbank or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets and Nedbank or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
17. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets and Nedbank (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
18. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
19. Should there be any unresolved disputes, Hollywoodbets will forward the relevant dispute to the relevant Gambling Board. Alternatively, the Complainant can forward any unresolved disputes to the relevant Gambling Board on 015 230 2300.
