Terms and Conditions

Stand a chance to win your share of R50 000 in cash & betting vouchers with stitch and Hollywoodbets

14 – 28 February 2023

To enter, customers must make a deposit for R100 or more into their Hollywoodbets online accounts, using the STITCH platform during the competition period.

1. The STITCH competition runs from 14 – 28 February 2023.
2. 86 winners will be randomly selected, to either win Cash or A Betting Voucher.
3. The winners will be selected randomly via draws from all qualifying deposits made during the promotional period. The prizes will be deposited directly into the winners’ Hollywoodbets accounts.
4. The draws will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office which will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on the below dates:

• Draw 1, 15 February – 6 Winners (3 x R500 cash, 3 x R500 Betting Voucher)

5. Entries are unlimited; however, a person may not win more than one prize during the promotional period. 1 Deposit = 1 entry.
6. Betting Vouchers must be turned (staked) once at odds of 5 / 10 (0.5 decimal) or greater, before withdrawing.
7. The winners will be notified via Call or SMS.
8. Contestants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
9. The competition is valid for all Hollywoodbets customers who hold an online betting account.
10. There are no entry fees to participate in this competition.
11. Hollywoodbets reserves the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be identified.
12. By entering the competition, you agree:
    1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition, Hollywoodbets Privacy Notice can be found here – CUSTOMER PRIVACY NOTICE; and
    2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets sponsors and partners.
       
       
13. It is the responsibility of the contestant to ensure that their deposit is received by STITCH prior to the end of the promotional period. Any deposits that are not received during the promotional period will not be considered a qualifying deposit.
14. The prize is not transferable, and they may not be changed or exchanged in any part.
15. Hollywoodbets and STITCH reserve the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be noted.
16. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their name and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
17. Hollywoodbets, STITCH and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets, STITCH or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets, STITCH or its authorised agents.
18. Every contestant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
19. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets and STITCH or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets and STITCH or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
20. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the contestant, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets and STITCH (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
21. Hollywoodbets and STITCH do not make any representations or give any warranties, whether expressly or implied, as to a prize, and in particular, but without limitation, makes no representations and gives no warranty that a contestants entry or participation in the Competition will necessarily result in such contestant winning a prize or that a prize, or any aspect thereof, will meet a contestants requirements, preferences, standards or expectation.
22. These terms and conditions are available on the Hollywoodbets website platform.
