1. Stand a chance to win a share of R4 000 in Hollywoodbets Betting Vouchers (the
“Competition”) takes place from 11 April 2022 to 08 May 2022 (the “promotional period”).
2. To participate in the competition, participants must purchase an OTT Voucher to the value of R20 or more and redeem it into their Hollywoodbets mobile betting account. Thereafter, they must visit www.hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in on the promotions page, just once, for all their deposits to be entered into the competition.
3. Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
4. Each OTT Voucher can only be entered once into the competition.
5. Eight (8) winners in total will be randomly selected via a draw from all valid entries.
6. The draws will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office which will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on:
a. 20 April 2022 (2 winners each winning a R500 Hollywoodbets Betting Voucher)
b. 28 April 2022 (2 winners each winning a R500 Hollywoodbets Betting Voucher)
c. 04 May 2022 (2 winners each winning a R500 Hollywoodbets Betting Voucher)
d. 11 May 2022 (2 winners each winning a R500 Hollywoodbets Betting Voucher)
7. The winners will be contacted telephonically on the above-mentioned datesto claim their prize.
8. The winners will be topped up on their Hollywoodbets Accounts once verification is complete.
9. Winners may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
10. Entries are unlimited.
11. These vouchers must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before withdrawing.
12. The prizes are not transferable.
13. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
14. Hollywoodbets reserves the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be identified.
15. By entering the competition, you agree:
a) that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition; and
b) to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
16. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any suchpromotional activities.
17. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents.

19. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
20. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or
is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
21. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
22. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
23. Should there be any unresolved disputes, Hollywoodbets will forward the relevant dispute to the
respective Gambling, Liquor and Tourism Authority.
