Pariplay Spina Zonke Competition

Valid from 14-20 October 2022

Customers stand a chance to win their share of R10 000 in Betting Vouchers. Ten (10) lucky winners will each win a R1 000 Betting Voucher.

1. The competition runs between 14-20 October 2022.
2. The competition ends 20 October 2022.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. A customer must place a bet of R2 or more on the new Pariplay games, visit hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in once on the promotions page, for all their bets to be entered and qualify for the draw.
5. This competition is only available to clients that have an account with Hollywoodbets.
6. The prize consists of a R1 000 Betting Voucher. The Betting Voucher cannot be withdrawn.
7. The prizes will be deposited directly into the winners’ Hollywoodbets accounts.
8. These vouchers must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater, before withdrawing.
9. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
10. Entries are not limited; in order to qualify for a draw, you will need to have entered for the draw by having a qualifying bet during the competition period.
11. The draw to select the winners will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office. The draw will be done by a Hollywoodbets Team Member and will supervised by an Internal Auditor.
12. All winners will be announced on the day of the draw, 21 October 2022.
13. The winners will be notified via SMS.
14. By entering the competition, you agree:

1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

15. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
16. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
17. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
18. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
19. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
20. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
21. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
22. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
23. Entrants by virtue of participation understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy and not by Facebook.
