STAND A CHANCE TO WIN YOUR SHARE OF R300 000 IN GROCERY OR BETTING VOUCHERS

1. The Stand a chance to win your share of R300 000 in Grocery or Betting Vouchers (the
“Competition”) takes place from 1 July 2022 to 30 September 2022 (the “Promotional period”).
2. To participate in the competition, participants must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher to the value of R50 or more from any Pick ‘n Pay store and redeem their Holly Top Up Voucher into their Hollywoodbets, mobile betting account. Thereafter, they must visit www.hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in on the promotions page, just once, for all their deposits to be entered into the competition.
3. Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
4. Each Holly Top Up Voucher can only be entered once into the competition.
5. Two hundred and eight (208) winners will be randomly selected via a draw from all valid entries.
6. The draws will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office which will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on:
a. 15 July 2022
b. 01 August 2022
c. 15 August 2022
d. 01 September 2022;
e. 15 September 2022; and
f. 01 October 2022;
7. Participants stand a chance to win the following prizes:
• Grocery vouchers valued at R150 000, which will be won as follows:
 15 July 2022 – Sixteen (16) winners will be randomly selected via a draw and each winner will win a R1 500 grocery voucher;
 01 August 2022 – Sixteen (16) winners will be randomly selected via a draw and each winner will win a R1 500 grocery voucher;
 15 August 2022 – Sixteen (16) winners will be randomly selected via a draw and each winner will win a R1 500 grocery voucher;
 01 September 2022 – Sixteen (16) winners will be randomly selected via a draw and each winner will win a R1 500 grocery voucher;
 15 September 2022 – Sixteen (16) winners will be randomly selected via a draw and each winner will win a R1 500 grocery voucher;
 01 October 2022 – Twenty (20) winners will be randomly selected via a draw and each winner will win a R1 500 grocery voucher;

Each grocery voucher will be digitally sent to all winners OR betting vouchers will be credited to the winners Hollywoodbets account.

8. Hollywoodbets will not be held liable for any customer who fails to provide their correct email address or contact number when claiming their prizes.
9. Grocery Vouchers will be subject to the T/Cs of WebTickets. The customer is to engage with the T/Cs of WebTicket.
10. The winners will be contacted telephonically on the above-mentioned dates to claim their prize.
11. Winners may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
12. Entries are unlimited. Betting Vouchers must be turned (staked) once at odds of 5 / 10 (0.5 decimal) or greater, before withdrawing.
13. To qualify for the competition, participants must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher to the value of R50 or more from any Pick ‘n Pay store and redeem their Holly Top Up Voucher into their Hollywoodbets mobile betting account. Thereafter, they must visit www.hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in on the promotions page, just once, for all their deposits to be entered into the competition.
14. The prizes are not transferable.
15. Prizes are subject to change to another item of the same value should Hollywoodbets not be able to source the prize.
16. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
17. Hollywoodbets reserves the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be identified.
18. By entering the competition, you agree:
a) that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for thepurposes of the Competition; and
b) to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
19. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
20. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.

22. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
23. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
24. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
25. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
26. Should there be any unresolved disputes, Hollywoodbets will forward the relevant dispute to the Free State Gambling, Liquor and Tourism Authority. Alternatively, the Complainant can forward any unresolved disputes to the Free State Gambling, Liquor and Tourism Authority on 051 404 0300.
