Pragmatic Play – Drops & Wins – Terms & Conditions

1. Drops & Wins campaign runs October 2023 – 06 March 2024
2. Drops & Wins is a global campaign run by Pragmatic Play.
3. The Network Promotion Term is divided into twelve (12) stages, each stage comprising four (4) weeks (every four (4) weeks shall be referred to as a “Stage”), whereby each week within a Stage shall be a qualifying week (hereinafter each a “Qualifying Week”)
4. Daily prize drops are rewarded randomly to players.
5. Participating players will take part by placing bets (R10 minimum bet) on any of the qualifying games listed by Pragmatic Play within the rules set by Pragmatic Play in the iFrame
6. Prize pools are set in Rands but are subject to currency conversion fluctuations.
7. To participate in Drops and wins or tournaments, players must opt in by clicking “Join Now” in the pop-up window
8. The prize will be deposited into your Hollywoodbets account.

How players may participate in Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks):

• A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
• A player must place a real money bet with a minimum stake of ten Rands (R10) or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency on any of the participating game(s) in the Weekly Tournament.
• A player will receive points based on in-game Challenges (In-game wins, Consecutive rounds without any wins, and Big Wins).
• The higher the total value of the points received by the player for the in-game Challenges, the higher the player’s score.
• The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leader board by the end of each Weekly Tournament.

Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks):

• Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotions Term includes seven (7) Daily Prize Drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop Day”).
• One (1) Qualifying Spin (as defined hereunder) may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each Daily Prize Drop.
• The random Daily Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games.
• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab, found in each of the participating games.
• Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount.
• A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops each Daily Prize Drop Day.
• For players to be eligible to participate in the Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks), a real money minimum bet of ten Rands (R10) or the equivalent amount in the available Currency on the participating game(s) is required
• The Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of (i) 20:59 PM; or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.
• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Daily Prize Drop shall be carried forward into subsequent Daily Prize Drop stages or into the next Network Promotion.

9. Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
10. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to not pay out a prize where the win results from any obvious error, mistake, or technical fault (including incorrect game pay-outs) whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games. We further reserve the right to not pay out a prize where, in our opinion, the win results from cheating or collusion with other players.

1. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion at any time.

12. By entering the competition, you agree:
    1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition;
    2. to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners; and
    3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and/or photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
13. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy.
14. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
15. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
16. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
17. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
18. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
