STAND A CHANCE TO WIN YOUR SHARE OF R500 000 IN CASH

1.  Stand a Chance to Win Your Share of R500 000 in Cash (the 

“Competition”) takes place from 01 September 2022 to 30 November 2022 (the “Promotional period”). Final Draw Date: 01 December 2022. 

1. To participate in the competition, participants must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher to the value of R50 or more, from any participating SPAR store and redeem their Holly Top Up Voucher into their Hollywoodbets mobile betting account. Thereafter, they must visit www.hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in on the promotions page once, for all their deposits to be entered into the competition. 

1. Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition. 

1. Each Holly Top Up Voucher can only be entered once into the competition. 

1. 66 (sixty-six), winners will be randomly selected via a draw from all valid entries.

• 15 November 2022 – Two (2) winners will be randomly selected via a draw and winners will each win a R20 000 cash prize;

1. The winners will be contacted telephonically/SMS on the above-mentioned dates to claim their prize. 

1. Prizes will be credited into winners’ Hollywoodbets accounts. Winners will be able to withdraw their prizes from their Hollywoodbets accounts. 

1. Winners may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition. 

1. Entries are unlimited.  

1. To qualify for the competition, participants must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher to the value of R50 or more from any Spar store and redeem their Holly Top Up Voucher into their Hollywoodbets mobile betting account. Thereafter, they must visit www.hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in once on the promotions page, for all their deposits to be entered into the competition. 

1. The prizes are not transferable. 

1. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. 

1. Hollywoodbets reserves the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be identified. 

1. By entering the competition, you agree: 

1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the   Competition; and 

1. to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners. 

1. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.

This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above. 

1. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity. 

1. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition. 

1. Should there be any unresolved disputes, Hollywoodbets will forward the relevant dispute to the relevant regional gambling board. Alternatively, the Complainant can forward any unresolved disputes to the Regional Gambling Board, Liquor and Tourism Authority on 051 404 0300.
