1. Stand a chance to have your DStv subscription paid for a month.
2. The competition runs between 1 – 30 November 2022.
3. To participate in the competition, participants must pay any amount into their DStv Account, at any participating Hollywoodbets branch, then simply SMS “DStv” and their Account Number to 45294 for the entry to be valid.
4. Each SMS entry costs R1.
5. Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
6. Twenty winners will be selected, from all valid entries.
7. The draw will take place at the Hollywoodbets Umhlanga Team Support Office, which will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on:
*1 December 2022
8. The winners will be contacted via SMS/call on the above-mentioned date to claim their prize.
9. The DStv Account number used to enter the competition, will be the same DStv
Account number credited with the amount paid upon entry.
10. The DStv Account numbers will be credited once the verification process has been completed.
11. If the same Account number is received twice, with different cell phone numbers, both participants will be disqualified.
12. Customers are allowed to enter more than once to increase their chances of winning.
13. A person can only win once.
14. Entries are unlimited.
15. The prizes are not transferable.
16. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
17. Hollywoodbets reserves the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be identified.
18. By entering the competition, you agree:
a) that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition; and
b) to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
19. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any suchpromotional activities.
20. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.

22. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
23. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controlsor is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners orimmediate familymembers of all the above.
24. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize and/orparticipation (ornon-participation) in a prize-related activity.
25. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
26. Should there be any unresolved disputes, Hollywoodbets will forward the relevant dispute to
the respective Gambling Authority.
