SOCIAL COMPETITION – WE DON’T PLAY THE SAME GQOM FEST

VALID BETWEEN 21 – 28 OCTOBER 2022

Customers stand a chance to win general access tickets, to the We Don’t Play the Same Gqom Fest, at Hollywoodbets Greyville Racecourse.

To enter, customers need to click on the affiliate/registration link on the original competition post on Black Coffee’s Facebook page. If customers are not already registered, they need to sign-up with Hollywoodbets and spend their R25 sign-up bonus, within 24 hours.

1. The competition runs from 21 – 28 October 2022.
2. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
3. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
4. The draw to select the winners will done by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on:

5. These tickets cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.
6. The winners will be notified via Facebook inbox and the tickets will be sent to the winners via email.
7. If the winner does not reside in Durban, the winner will be liable for their own transportation and accommodation costs. Hollywoodbets will not be held liable for any additional costs.
8. Hollywoodbets will not be held liable for any winner who fails to provide their correct email address when claiming their prize.
9. All winners will be announced on 03 November 2022.
10. By entering the competition, you agree:
11. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
12. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
13. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
14. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
15. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
16. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
17. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
18. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
19. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
20. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
21. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
