Western Cape Branch Social Competition – Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

1. Audience/Punters must take a screenshot of the google maps app and display the distance between them and either the Wynberg or Stellenbosch branch. Punters must share the image in the competitions comment section and they will be entered into a lucky draw to stand a chance to win 1 of 2 R500 betting vouchers every week, redeemable at the respective branch stores.
2. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the campaign.
3. The competition will be running for 4 weeks, and 2 winners will be picked weekly through an audit done by a social media team member who will be audited by another team member.
4. A total of 8 winners will be picked.
5. New and old punters will be eligible for this competition. For new punters, it will push them to be a Hollywoodbets registered punter.
6. The competition starts on the 20^th of November and will end on the 17^th of December at 00:00
7. The competition will be run on the Wynberg and Stellenbosch branch pages.
8. Audit dates: 27^th November, 4^th December, 11^th December and 18^th
9. The branch voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. The branch voucher can only be used at selected retails.
11. By entering the competition, you agree:

• that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
• to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
• to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.

12. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
13. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
14. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
15. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy and not by Twitter.
