1. The Zapper competition runs from 1 – 31 March 2024.
2. The final draw will take place on 02 April 2024.
3. Entries are unlimited, however, a customer may not win more than once during the duration of the competition.
4. The draws will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office which will be supervised by an Auditor on the below dates:

Draw 2 – 15 March (200 winners)
Draw 3 – 22 March (200 winners)
Draw 4 – 25 March (200 winners)
Draw 5 – 02 April (200 winners)
5. Each week, 200 first time customers will stand a chance to win a share of R50 000 in deposit bonuses.
6. The prizes will be deposited directly into the winners’ Hollywoodbets accounts.
7. Winners’ accounts will be credited between 2 to 3 working days.
8. The winners will be notified via call or SMS.
9. Customers must be over 18 years old to participate in the competition.
10. The competition is valid for all Hollywoodbets customers who hold an online betting account.
11. There are no entry fees to participate in this competition.
12. Hollywoodbets reserves the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be identified.
13. By entering the competition, you agree:

b. to receive communication from Hollywoodbets sponsors and partners.
14. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their deposit is received by Zapper before the end of the promotional period. Any deposits not received during the promotional period will not be considered a qualifying deposit.
15. The prize is not transferable, and it may not be changed or exchanged in any part.
16. Zapper will provide Hollywoodbets with the selected winner’s transaction ID. Hollywoodbets will then retrieve the winner’s contact details associated with the transaction ID to inform the individual of their winnings.
17. Hollywoodbets and Zapper reserve the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be noted.
18. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their name and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
19. Hollywoodbets, Zapper and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets, Zapper or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets, Zapper or its authorised agents.
20. Every participant in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
21. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets and Zapper or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets and Zapper or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
22. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the contestant, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets and Zapper (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
23. Hollywoodbets and Zapper do not make any representations or give any warranties, whether expressly or implied, as to a prize, and in particular, but without limitation, makes no representations and gives no warranty that a contestant’s entry or participation in the Competition will necessarily result in such contestant winning a prize or that a prize, or any aspect thereof, will meet a contestant’s requirements, preferences, standards or expectation.

25. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
26. Should there be any unresolved disputes, Hollywoodbets will forward the relevant dispute to the Free State Gambling, Liquor and Tourism Authority. Alternatively, the Complainant can forward any unresolved disputes to the Free State Gambling, Liquor and Tourism Authority on 051 404 0300.
