The hosts are the heavy favourites here but after Racing's exploits in the semi-finals, the Parisians may well fancy exploiting their underdog status for the second week running.

Racing booked this semi-final date with a fine play-offs/Barrage display that saw them win the Parisian derby against Stade Francais 20-33. Racing were quick out the blocks with Argentine winger Juan Imhoff scoring one of the strangest ever tries on the ten minute mark.
Things would get better for the visitors in the Paris derby with Wencalas Lauret crashing over after 19 minutes to hand Racing a 17-3 lead. While Stade would draw level by half time through two tries, three scone half penalties and a late Gael Fickou try would see Racing to a 20-33.
While Racing were coming through a gruelling play-off fixture, Toulouse had their feet up watching the drama unfold as they managed to avoid the play-off phase having secured top spot at the close of the regular season.
The regular season ladder-leaders had a superb round-robin campaign winning 17 and drawing one of their 26 fixtures. They also come into this one in good form having finished the regular season with a very solid 54-10 win over CA Brive.
While Racing did look good last weekend, I think they will come up short against a Toulouse outfit that is stacked with international talent.
