The visitors have been in a poor run of form with just one victory in their last five while losing the other four in the league, granted three of those were defeats against Liverpool and Manchester City(twice).

The Hammers recent record in the league is not flattering either as they are winless and have lost three and drawn two in their last five encounters.

Thomas Frank will be encouraged by his team’s performances despite the results. They managed to go toe-to-toe with the league’s finest and if they can replicate this approach, can cause an upset on the road tonight.

The head-to-head record also favours Frank’s men after they did a league double over David Moyes’side last season and beat them 3-2 at the Gtech Stadium earlier in the season, they are on course to do it again against their London foes.

Nathan Collins was the hero on the day as he thumped home his header from inside the box to steal the points after coming from behind to lead.

Frank will hope that his squad can return to winning ways soon, the performances are there, and it is only a matter of time till the results start to flow as well.

The form of Ivan Toney is crucial, the Englishman has bagged four goals already since his return and will be key if the Bees are to get something from this fixture.

Yoane Wissa’s return has also been a timely boost, giving Frank another dimension in attack.

Brentford has been playing well and West Ham has been poor at home and have struggled to score. Back the Bees to get a positive result on their travels!
