Vinicius Junior has kept his dribbling boots on after that sumptuous rainbow flick against Argentina, Karim Benzema continues to find the back of the net like fish swim in water, and even Luca Modric is making a final kick at assisting the team after returning from injury in his last 90’.

Friday 26 November

13/20 Athletic Bilbao | Draw 11/4 | Granada 44/10 (22:00)

Spain’s number one, unai Simon saved a point last time out against bottom-of-the-table Levante. Something was amiss in that fixture and Athletic Bilbao are sure to tighten their lines when facing Granada. The Nasrids have lost back-to-back fixtures for the third time this season after being steamrolled by Real Madrid 4-1 in their own backyards. This Friday night will be a tight encounter with Athletic Club wanting to maintain their position in the top six and Granada needing to distance themselves from the bottom. Back the draw with both teams not wanting to drop points.

Saturday 27 November

18/10 Alaves | 21/10 | Celta Vigo 33/20 (15:00)

Alaves are a tough nut to crack these days on a fine run in the league. The home team are on a five-game unbeaten run with the latest 2-2 draw against Sevilla being the biggest of their accomplishments. Celta Vigo are all over the place defensively and were lucky to score against Villarreal where they claimed a point. Bet Alaves to take a win in your multiples.

21/20 Valencia | 23/10 | Rayo Vallecano 11/4 (17:15)

Valencia are no longer the top end of the table team they once were and continue to blow hot and cold, and The Bats are currently ‘hot’! A confident 2-0 win over Villarreal, a 3-3 boxing match with Atletico Madrid, followed by a tactical 0-0 with in-form Real Sociedad, however, the cutting-edge play for a result is just missing. The away team are pretty much in the same boat, with a similarity on a ‘seesaw’ of results. Rayo Vallecano, however, are on the bad end of those results in their last two, but losing to Real Madrid, just two goals to one is no shame and might be looked at as a win from their perspective. Punt the draw in this fixture.

13/10 Mallorca | 39/20 | Getafe 5/2 (19:30)

We travel to the beautiful island of Mallorca for this encounter with Getafe, but the football on display is far from what their island has for the eyes. Absolutely stale, four back-to-back draws followed by a hammering on Monday night in their last five for the Pirates. The away team, on the other hand, has been trying to scrape themselves off the bottom of the table with two wins, two losses and a draw in their last five with their most recent game being a four-goal drilling of Cadiz. Getafe started slow against Cadiz, and maybe a more measured approach despite being on a high from such a victory can be expected from Quique Sanchez Flores who was appointed in the beginning of October. Bet Getafe on the second half draw no bet at 12/10.

7/4 Villarreal | 49/20 | Barcelona 29/20 (22:00)

One of the divisions under achievers this season is undoubtedly, Unai Emery’s Villarreal. The Yellow Submarines welcome Xavi’s Barcelona, who picked up the Catalans a win in his first game at the helm via a single goal to nil scored by Memphis Depay. The matchup of the weekend goes to two teams who are desperate for better results from the top of their clubs to the fanbase. I am unsure of the result in this encounter and Under 2.5 Goals is where I put money at 11/10.

Sunday 28 November

7/10 Real Betis | 29/10 | Levante 7/2 (15:00)

The rain in Spain is falling mainly on Levante at the moment having still yet to find their first win of the season. A goalless draw last Friday found the away team their seventh point of the season after 14 matches and despite the sacking of Paco Lopez in the beginning of October, the tides have not shifted. Nabil Fekir and Hector Bellerin are suspended, but there is still enough cohesion in the Betis personnel to take all three points. Back Real Betis and over 2.5 is my play with the history of this encounter being riddled with goals 33/20.

23/10 Espanyol | 23/10 | Real Sociedad 12/10 (17:15)

A slow first-half in the derby against Barcelona, Espanyol came closest to putting one on the scoresheet, and numerous missed opportunities in the second half saw the Parakeets losing the game 1-0 via a penalty kick. Vicento Moreno will be kicking himself and rather upset with the players after failing to convert. Real Sociedad were none the better, dominating possession and failing to convert chances coupled with a 76th minute red card for Aritz Elustondo had them in their shell for the final minutes of the fixture. Espanyol created the more clear-cut chances with great attacking threat to Barca and for that intent and desire I feel the home team will edge this one, but to be safe take them on the double chance at 5/4.

58/10 Cadiz | 31/10 | Atletico Madrid 5/10 (19:30)

Atletico Madrid kept a clean sheet! It’s about time the defensive displays improve and stop conceding three goals. I think the driving force behind the lack of a great defensive display for Diego Simone is the midweek fixtures, proving Atleti’s lack of depth in the squad. With another midweek fixture before the trip to Cadiz. The Pirates are not in fine form, but their shooting boots are laced and ready having scored the second most of the bottom six. Back Atletico Madrid win and both teams to score (yes) at 31/10.

15/20 Real Madrid | 28/10 | Sevilla 33/10 (22:00)

Real Madrid put four goals passed Granada last time out, and I don’t expect them to slow down anytime soon. With the direct competition on top of the table dropping points, it will be paramount to reserve all three against Sevilla. No one was more involved than Lucas Ocampos for Sevilla in their last fixture, having been the centre of attention present in two of the four goals. This will be the chance for Carlo Ancelotti’s men to clear the gap from the rest and make no mistake they will fight tooth and nail with these payers looking to continue to make a name for themselves at one of the biggest clubs. Real Madrid win and over 1.5 for the value at 11/10.

Monday 29 November

17/20 Osasuna | 24/10 | Elche 34/10 (22:00)

Another Monday night fixture in La Liga means another hope for goals as a fan. Last Monday’s match ended with four goals and the previous with three. Osasuna have started their fall from grace with one goal in their last five in three defeats and two draws. Elche are stable in being bad, but they are still scoring goals with five in their last five. Consistently being bad does not cut it, but Osasuna are not in great form, therefore back them on the Osasuna/Draw Double Chance and Both Teams to Score (No) at 21/20.

TREBLE @ 14/1

Real Betis Win + Over 2.5 33/20
Real Madrid Win + Over 1.5 11/10
Alaves Win 18/10
