NEWS: Newly-appointed Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi to begin tenure against former club Yanga in Toyota Cup

Kaizer Chiefs are set to host Tanzanian giants Young Africans in the newly formed off-season tournament Toyota Cup at the Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein.

The fixture was confirmed during the launch of the Toyota Cup at Chiefs in Johannesburg on Monday.

The match will see the newly-appointed Amakhosi head coach, Nasreddine Nabi, go head-to-head with his former employers at Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein on Sunday, July 28.

The two clubs are looking to continue solidifying their relationship by hosting each other during the off-season.

Last season, Yanga hosted Amakhosi in the Peace Cup in Tanzania where the South African giants lost the match by 1-0 under former coach Molefi Ntseki.

Also, on the day of the Toyota Cup, Chiefs Legends will take on Bloemfontein Celtic Legends.

Chiefs’ Legends will be coached by former Amakhosi star Thabo Mooki.
