Amakhosi have been enjoying some improved form after a slow start to the new DStv Premiership season.

They recorded league wins over AmaZulu and Stellenbosch in recent weeks while holding Mamelodi Sundowns to a 1-1 draw in their MTN8 semi-final first leg.

But despite being unable to collect all three points last time out, Ntseki was pleased with the way his side performed.

The Chiefs boss gave a first start to new striker Jasond Gonzalez and midfielder Lehlogonolo Matlou before explaining it will take time for the new signings to gel with their teammates.

Ntseki told SuperSport: “They did well, it is just a matter of time for them to understand and get cohesion in terms of the runs they make and how to connect. I am sure in the next games they will be better.

“I thought it was an improved performance in terms of ball possession, we created enough chances to win, the disappointing thing was the decision making in front of goal, we were rushing.

“But in our overall performance we did very well in terms of creating opportunities and this (decision making) is something we can work on. It is coachable.”
