India see many of their established stars return to bolster the team as they look towards the ICC Champions Trophy.

The R Premadasa Cricket Stadium plays host to the ODI series with India the last side to beat Sri Lanka at the venue.

To Win Match
Sri Lanka 7/2 | Tie 25/1 | India 21/100

After a solid T20 series, Pathum Nissanka brings decent form into the ODIs and should continue opening the batting.

Avishka Fernando comes back into the setup after missing out on the T20s but is also in good touch after taking part in the LPL.

Akila Dananjaya is set to play his first ODI since February and should be an influential figure for the hosts on a track that will take some turn.

Matheesha Pathirana might get something going with the ball early as he has proven able to get among the wickets in the T20 matches.

Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli come back into the India lineup but will be surrounded by young talents in a squad with an interesting blend of youth and experience.

Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul and Kuldeep Yadav are other regulars who are coming back into the side and could expect to be in the frame for the Champions Trophy.

India need to nail down their all-rounders for that tournament with Shivam Dube, Axar Patel Washington Sundar and Riyan Parag looking good to make their case in this series.

Parag will need to prove that he can be influential bowling the longer spells that might be required of him during ODI cricket.

Verdict: India 21/100

India should power to victory with some of their big names returning to the fold.
