Netherlands | Tie 25/1 | Sri Lanka (07:30)

The Netherlands have set out their stall to challenge for the semi-finals but will need to back up their win over South Africa to get that done.

Sri Lanka are winless at the Cricket World Cup so far but have put in some encouraging performances.

They have twice scored over 300 in defeat, but last time out, their batters were caught out.

After a great bowling performance last time out, the Netherlands will feel they have every chance to get one over on Sri Lanka.

Verdict: Sri Lanka

Back the Islanders to bring the Dutch back down to earth.

India 47/100 | Tie 25/1 | New Zealand 7/4 (10:30)

India and New Zealand will put their unbeaten records on the line when they meet at Dharamsala.

Weather played a role in the last match at this venue, and neither team will want to contemplate a washout.

Mitch Santner has been the surprise package of this tournament with his 11 wickets in four matches.

Jasprit Bumrah has led the way for India with the ball and will be the man to watch for the hosts.

Verdict: India 47/100

Not often you get India at around 5/10 to win at home. Big value, get on!

Monday 23 October

Pakistan 7/20 | Tie 25/1 | Afghanistan 9/4 (10:30)

Pakistan can push towards a top-four place with victory in this match, but it will be far from straightforward.

There is plenty of animosity in this rivalry, even if it doesn’t reach the level of Pakistan vs India.

The impact of Rashid Khan on Afghan cricket cannot be overstated, and he continues to dazzle at big tournaments.

Pakistan rely heavily on Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan to get them going with the bat.

Verdict: Pakistan 7/20

Despite losing to Australia last time out, there were positives enough that you’d expect a decent showing against the Afghans.

South Africa 23/20 | Tie 25/1 | England 72/100 (10:30)

England lost to Afghanistan when they were last in action and have won just one of their three matches so far.

South Africa started with two wins, but their loss to the Netherlands last time out could derail their entire campaign.

England are out to join South Africa and Australia on two wins for the tournament and get back into the semi-final race.

South Africa could erase the blip against the Netherlands with a strong effort against England and strengthen their grip on third spot.

Verdict: England 72/100

With their backs up against the wall, you would expect this world-class England outfit to come up with the goods.
