Terms & Conditions
1. The competition runs between 8 May 2020 and 10 May 2020.
2. The cut-off time for entries is 10 May 2020 at 23:59 and the winner will be announced on 11 May 2020.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. A customer must comment and tell us what game they are looking forward to watching most on the official Hollywoodbets Facebook page to be eligible to win.
5. Prize to be won is a R500 betting voucher.
6. The winner will be called on the next day of the competition.
8. Prizes are non-transferrable.
9. Entrants may only enter once per day.
10. The R500 betting voucher won by the winner will be deposited into their Hollywoodbets betting account. If the winner does not have a Hollywoodbets betting account one will be opened for him/her.
12. These vouchers must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before withdrawing.
13. Winners will be chosen by a Hollywoodbets Team Member and supervised by an internal auditor.
14. All winners will be announced before 16:00 on the day of the selection.
15. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; and
b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
16. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
17. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
18. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
19. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
20. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
21. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
