The Hollywood Foundation, and the Mike Procter Foundation visited Solomon Mahlangu Primary School on Friday to donate uniforms to the students.
With Mike’s family present, it was an emotional morning as representatives of the two foundations gathered to honour the memory ‘Proccie,’ as he was affectionately known, by making a vital donation to a school that he held so close to his heart.
It was apt that the handover took place at Soloman Mahlangu Primary School where he had served as a physical education teacher and provided invaluable assistance with its various needs.
Mr. Mngadi, the school principal, expressed profound gratitude to Mike and both Foundations, underscoring their invaluable role in enhancing the students’ lives. “These uniforms will not only instil confidence and discipline in our children but also alleviate the financial strain for their parents. Mike’s legacy will live on forever at our school,” he said.
