We take a look at the top 24 players shortlisted for the Best FIFA Men’s player of the Year award 2017.
The shortlist for the Best FIFA Men’s player of the year award is out. The award is used to honour the best player in the world.
It comes as no surprise that the 24-man shortlist is dominated by Real Madrid players following their double capture of the La Liga title as well as the Champions League. As the rivalry between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi continues, it seems most likely that the Portuguese striker will claim this years award, following his team’s impressive tally of trophies during the 2016/2017 season under the supervision of Zinedine Zidane.
The awards will take place on Monday 23 October, London 2017.
