Midweek Football Multiple

There’s an absolute feast of midweek football coming your way this week with fixtures set to take place in Spain, South Africa and England.

As such, we’ve put together a tasty little 19/1 four-legged multiple for you – check it out below!

Atletico Madrid 9/20 | Draw 31/10 | Real Sociedad 13/2

The first leg of our multiple will see high-flying Atletico Madrid play host to Real Sociedad on Tuesday evening. Diego Simeone’s side come into the tie fresh off a 1-0 win over crosstown neighbours, Real Madrid, while the visitors could only manage a 1-1 draw at home to cash-strapped Malaga. Simeone’s side have won eight of their 12 home matches this season, conceding just six goals in the process. They have been absolutely immense in defence this season and haven’t looked uncomfortable against anyone in Spain or indeed Europe. I can’t see them conceding against a Sociedad side who have been indifferent on the road. Take Atletico to win + both teams to score: No at 19/20.

Aston Villa 37/10 | Draw 26/10 | Everton 15/20

Our second port of call for this week’s multiple will be Birmingham where relegation-bound Aston Villa host an under-achieving Everton side. Villa were plunged further into the mire this past weekend as they bravely went down 2-1 to Stoke City. The result saw the Villains well and truly cut adrift at the bottom of the table, eight points from safety. Everton had the luxury of a bye this weekend after their fixture against Liverpool was postponed as the Reds were involved in the League Cup final on Sunday evening. Villa have endured a torrid campaign and don’t look like winning any of their remaining 11 fixtures. A well-rested Everton side should have no problem putting Aston Villa to the sword – a great banker for this week’s multiple at 15/20.

West Ham 28/10 | Draw 5/2 | Tottenham 19/20

Off to London now where an exciting West Ham side will host this season’s second-biggest over-achievers (behind a certain Leicester, of course) Tottenham Hotspur. Under Slaven Bilic, the Hammers have begun to start playing the brand of football that their fans have demanded for the last few seasons. The Croatian has slowly gone about building one of the best attacking squads in the league with Dimitri Payet pulling the strings behind an explosive frontline which can, at any given time, contain the likes of Diafra Sakho, Andy Carrol, Enner Valencia and Emmanuel Emenike. Their devastating attacking front line will come up against the league’s most miserly defence. Spurs have been magnificent this season and are, at present, the form team in the league. They’ve won their last 11 games in all competitions and look like the only team that could perceivably stop Leicester winning the league. Spurs to win and both teams to score looks likely at 28/10.

Levante | 11/2 | Draw 37/10 | Real Madrid 9/20

Levante face an almighty struggle to retain their La Liga status following what has thus far been a poor season. Their job won’t get any easier as they welcome a Real Madrid side, still smarting from their 1-0 home defeat to Atletico Madrid at the weekend, to the Estadi Ciutat de Valencia on Wednesday. Zinedine Zidane will demand that his side put in an improved performance against La Liga’s basement-dwellers – and I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see Cristiano and co turn it on against Les Granotes. Real should come into this match with renewed vigour and shouldn’t have too much trouble scoring against one of the worst defences in the league. Back the over 2.5 goal market at 11/20.
