SuperSport United 21/20 | Draw 2/1 | Golden Arrows 28/10

Gavin Hunt’s men are yet to lose in this new campaign after winning three of their opening four games and drawing once. They face an equally impressive Golden Arrows side who have lost once and won twice – leaving them in 4th position ahead of this clash at the Peter Mokaba Stadium. Arrows have conceded eight goals as opposed to Matsatsantsa’s one, and it will be a case of who boasts the stronger attack combination as both sides aim to increase their tallies. SuperSport will be favoured to win this clash, and they look good for it at home – 28/10.

Orlando Pirates 11/10 | Draw 2/1 | Cape Town City 26/10

The Sea Robber have had a mixed start to the season and currently sit level on (4) points with their fierce rivals Kiazer Chiefs ahead of their encounter with Cape Town City who have lost their last three games in all competitions. I see a well-balanced game here and one which will deliver some excitement, especially as both sides failed to pick up maximum points in their last league outings. Pirates will fell they really should have won their clash with Chippa, but they picked themselves up and beat Djabal by 4-0 over the course of two legs. I am on Both Teams To Score here (YES) at 11/10.

Polokwane City 15/2 | Draw 7/2 | Mamelodi Sundowns 7/20

After winning two of their opening four games, Polokwane City sit in fifth position ahead of their encounter with reigning Champions, Mamelodi Sundowns. City have shown great resilience so far, and gave a pretty good account of themselves last time out when they narrowly lost to Golden Arrows in a five-goal thriller in Durban. Still though, Sundowns seem to be in a league of their own with no sign of letting up. They are simply unplayable and are backed to score first here at 1/3.

Stellenbosch 33/20 | Draw 2/1 | Kaizer Chiefs 33/20

Stellies host a rejuvenated AmaKhosi side who recorded their first win of the season when they cruised past Amazulu by 3-0 last weekend. They will certainly come to the Athlone Stadium aiming to build on that victory and add to Stellenbosch’s misery after they lost to SuperSport United in their last outing. A win for Chiefs here would see them leapfrog Stellies and move closer to the top-four. Chiefs played well in their last fixture, and I back them to triumph in the Winelands – but not without conceding. Kaizer Chiefs and Both Teams To Score – 54/10

Richards Bay 26/10 | Draw 2/1 | Sekhukhune United 11/10

Sekhukhune United will look to add to Richards Bay FC’s woes when the sides meet at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Wednesday afternoon. The KZN club have had a poor start to the season under new coach Kaitano Tembo, and find themselves in 15th position with no wins after four matches played. Meanwhile, Babina Noko are flourishing under Brandon Truter – siting in sixth position and looking likely to add to their six points with a win here. Home or Away – Richards Bay have ben poor in the league since January, and I cannot see them winning here. Sekhukhune to edge them with a win in this one – 11/10.

Swallows 7/10 | Draw 23/10 | Cape Town Spurs 42/10

Steve Komphela ‘s men would love to see themselves higher up on the log, and their next two clashes with newly-promoted Cape Town Spurs and Richards Bay will present a chance for them to collect a very easy set of points. Spurs visit the Dobsonville Stadium with very little going their way this season. They are rooted to the bottom of the log, with four defeats and seven goals conceded. Get on the Home win here at 7/10.

Chippa United 12/10 | Draw 2/1 | Royal AM 5/2

The Chilli Boys managed to get their first win of the season when they edged Cape Town Spurs by a single goal to nil last Friday. They will feel confident of another win against another struggling opponent in Royal AM on Wednesday, with Thwihli Thwahla emerging victorious in their last outing against TS Galaxy on Sunday. John Maduka’s qualities as a coach are clearly visible for all to see as he continues to galvanise a team that made no signings in the off-season. But the same could be saide about Chippa’s Morgan Mammila who looks t establish himself as one of the rising coaches in Mzansi football. An Entertaining match-up on the cards, and Chippa to snatchy the home win at 12/10.

AmaZulu FC | Draw | TS Galaxy *ODDS TBA*

Pablo Martin said his men were the better side in that 3-0 defeat to Kaizer Chiefs last weekend, but that is up for debate. AmaZulu host TS Galaxy on Wednesday and will have a chance to redeem themselves in front of their fans who are yet to buy into the new coaches’ tactics. Meanwhile, TS Galaxy will be eager to bounce back and win this game after suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat to another Durban side, Royal AM on Sunday. I am going for the Draw here, but the pressure is on for Pablo Martin after the full-time whistle.
