#PlayToWinABakkie SOCIAL SELFIE COMPETITION
“We are giving away R1 000 in cash to 3 lucky winners each month! To enter take a selfie with our branded Nissan NP 200 bakkie and share it on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram. Hashtag #PlayToWinABakkie and tag us.”
1. Entries must be received by 23:59 on 31st March 2017 (the “Closing Date”). Hollywoodbets accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Hollywoodbets by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries or entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered.
2. To enter the competition, the entrant must take a selfie with the branded “Win Me” NP 200 ‘bakkie’ and post it on social media as stipulated in points 3-6.
3. Entries on Facebook must be posted to the Hollywoodbets official Facebook page or any of the Hollywoodbets branch pages with the post caption #PlayToWinABakkie.
4. Entries on personal Facebook pages will not be considered.
5. Entries on Twitter must be tweeted with the hashtag #PlayToWinABakkie and must tag the page @Hollywoodbets.
6. Entries on Instagram must be posted with the hashtag #PlayToWinABakkie and must tag the page @Hollywoodbets.
7. The prizes will be R1000 cash at the end of each month as below:
I. 3 x January winners will receive R1000 cash each.
II. 3 x February winners will receive R1000 cash each.
III. 3 x March winners will receive R1000 cash each.
8. Winners will be drawn on the below dates:

III. 7 April 2017
9. Entries will be judged by the Hollywoodbets team.
10. Hollywoodbets decision as to the winners is final and no correspondence regarding entry will be considered.
11. Should Hollywoodbets be unable to contact the winner within 3 days then the runner up will be selected as the winner.
12. Winners will be notified via inbox message on whichever social media platform they enter the competition.
13. This competition is open to the public. You do not need to have a betting account with Hollywoodbets to enter this competition.
14. By entering your selfie, you agree to grant Hollywoodbets the non-exclusive right to publish, feature, reproduce and use it for any purpose at any time in any of its publications, websites and associated media outlets, in existence now or later.
15. Hollywoodbets reserves the right to revoke this promotion at any time and without cause or notice.
16. Hollywoodbets reserves the right to change any of its terms and conditions at any time and without cause or notice.
17. In order to participate, the individual must be over the age of 18.
18. Every entrant participating in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
19. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize-related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
19. This competition is not open to Hollywoodbets, Racing Distribution, Winning Media or Star Merchant employees as well as employees of Hollywoodbets managed entities.
20. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
