Get your pin and voucher resent to you:

- Select “Other”
- Select the withdrawal you want
- Select “Resend voucher” or “Resend PIN”
With Standard Bank Instant Money, you will receive an SMS with a voucher code & pin that you will use to withdraw at:

FNB EWALLET WITHDRAWAL POINTS
- FNB ATMs nationwide
- Dial *120*277# and choose option 1 for Hollywoodbets
- Create a 5-digit pin >>select home >>select Hollywoodbets eWallet >>put in the pin >>select get cash >> ATM pin will be sent via SMS
ABSA CASH SEND
- With ABSA Cash Send, you will receive an SMS with a 10-digit reference number and s six-digit PIN, you will need this to withdraw at an Absa ATM. Please note that requests will need to be completed within 24 hours and SMSs will only be received once processed.
NEDBANK iMali
- With Nedbank iMali, you will receive an SMS with a pin that you will use along with your cell phone number to withdraw at a Nedbank ATM.
If you are using Nedbank iMali, dial *120*002# to access your funds (please also check under Mobi-Money if there are no funds on iMali).
Steps to follow at the ATM:
- Select Cardless Transactions
- Select MobiMoney
- Enter the Voucher number – not the cell number
- Enter the OTP
- Enter the amount – RXXX
If you need your voucher resent to you, please call 0860 555 111.
- Note: If the voucher is not withdrawn within 30 days of the transaction, the funds will reverse back to the sender’s account.
Please note your withdrawal will not be processed if you have not submitted your FICA documents.
