Winning Form Best Bets
Race 1: WARRIOR TIGER (2)
Race 2: KILINDINI (1)
Race 6: SANTA CLARA (4)
Race 8: THE CAMBO (13)

TOP BET FOR TODAY
Race 2: KILNDINI (1)

Jockey: C Orffer – Trainer: B Crawford

KILINDINI has recorded two wins and two second-place finishes in his first four starts and will be hoping to complete the hat-trick this afternoon. He tries the mile for the first time, but the way he drew off in the closing stages to win his last two outings over seven furlongs suggests that this trip will be well within his grasp.

Race 5: SAINT WEST (1)
Jockey: C Zackey – Trainer: A Marcus

SAINT WEST renews his rivalry with KHOPESH here. He did finish a short head behind the latter in their last clash over twelve furlongs, but is 0.5kgs better off at today’s weights. That was over the extra two furlongs and luck in running may just determine who finishes in front of who. The race, however, does not end there.

Race 5: PLATINUM CLASS (1)

Jockey: B Fayd’Herbe – Trainer: J Snaith

PLATINUM CLASS returns from a 19-week rest, but will attempt her trio of wins here. Her c&d form is solid and she gets red-hot Bernard Fayd’Herbe in the irons. Her trainer certainly knows how to bring them back ready to win.

Race 8: THE CAMBO (13)
Jockey: M Byleveld – Trainer: V Marshall

THE CAMBO has only had the two starts, but he was not far off the winner in both of them. He tries the seven furlongs for the first time and if taking to the trip, he should be involved in the finish. His wide draw is a bit of a concern, but the removal of the blinkers may just be what the gelding needs.

VALUE BET FOR TODAY
Race 3: CROSS COURT (6)
Jockey: R Fourie – Trainer: J Snaith

CROSS COURT likes to set the pace in her runs and did just that in her last outing over nine furlongs. She has the widest draw of them all, but if she adopts the same tactics and goes off and sets a good pace, she may prove difficult to overhaul in the closing stages.
