His pedigree suggests that he will relish this extra ground & top jockey Lerena retains the ride.

VISUALITY had too much to do from her shocking barrier position in a Grade 2 event last time but she drops heavily in class now and is a huge contender from a good draw. That last formline was boosted when the 3rd placed finisher Orchid Island captured a Grade 1 subsequently. This chestnut filly from the Tarry yard was pipped in a lesser feature over this c & d in her penultimate outing.

SHATOOSH has come right back to best since returning from that lengthy absence and she can exact revenge on her recent conqueror THE SMELL OF RAIN (1kg worse off). The Trippi filly stayed on strongly when outrun late into 2nd by the latter in yielding conditions over shorter last time and she now has her peak showing. Her pedigree indicates that the Mike Azzie trained inmate should easily handle the mile and she can go one better. The likely sedate gallop will play right into her hands.
