LOTUS has finished second in her last four starts. She set the pace last time, but was caught in the shadow of the post. She is likely to adopt the same tactics this afternoon and may be hard to peg back.

TRACK COMMANDER showed good improvement in his last start over a mile at Turffontein. He lost a length at the start that day, but stayed on well at the business end. The son of Gimmethegreenlight will be at home over the ten furlongs and should improve to win here.

DIFFERENTIATE had excuses in her last start over a mile on this course and is much better than that effort suggests. She has finished second once and third once from four starts over this C&D. Chamu Mabaya takes the ride and she should give the males a good run for their money. She is carded to race on 14 January 2021 and her progress in that race will need to be checked.
