LOVING BABE comes into this contest in good form having finishing second in his last start and winning the start before. In-form jockey Ruan Maia takes the ride and if able to continue that same run of form, he should be hard to beat. CIZEN LUCKY was slow away in his last start but still managed to finish in fifth, if he is able to jump on terms in this contest, he should be right there at the finish. PERFOMANTE was crowded when jumping in his last start and that run is best ignored, if able to bring his form prior to that run into this contest, he should be right the finish.
RACE 2 (06:30)
SELECTIONS: 11-1-6-8-7
LIM’S DREAMWALKER ran on strongly in his last start to finish in second, that race was over the 1200m. In today’s contest he goes over the 1400m and based on the way he finished his previous encounters, he should be the one to beat. DAY APPROACH has finished second in all of his starts to date and with Vladmir Duric aboard, he should be challenging the top selection at the finish. SUNDAY began awkwardly in his last start and was inconvenienced at the 450m mark, and if able to run without any issues in this encounter, he can threaten the top two selections.

HEAVENLY DANCER is undefeated in two starts and with Vladmir Duric jumping aboard today, the hat-trick is on the cards. In both of his starts to date he ran on strongly from far back, so his wide draw shouldn’t be too much of a concern. BLUE STONE is dropping in class in this contest and should be right there if reproducing his latest run when running on from far back to finish in third. CHALAZA is never far off the action and should be able to finish in the mix here.

MR FAT KIDDY was impressive in his last start over the same course and distance when just being pipped to finish in second. With South African jockey Ryan Munger retaining the ride, the pair should be hard to oppose in the run down to the line. HAPPY FRIDAY is another that comes onto this contest on the back of a good performance in his last outing when finishing in second, a repeat of that run should see him competitive. NINGALOO is another that comes into this contest on the back of a good run in his last outing and with Ronald Woodworth retaining the ride , the pair should be in the right there.
RACE 5 (08:00)
SELECTIONS: 10-2-5-4-11
LEGEND OF THE SUN has run two good runs over this course and distance. Jockey Wong jumps aboard today and if able to repeat those runs over those efforts, he should be the one to beat. GOLD STAR always runs on strongly in his races and he should be running on strongly at the finish in this encounter. MASTER RYKER has done nothing wrong in his two starts to date and a continuation of that run of form should see him threatening the top two in the run down to the line.
RACE 6 (08:30)
SELECTIONS: 11-2-1-8-13
SUN HOLIDAY has done nothing wrong in his two career starts to date having finished second and third. If continuing that same run of form in this contest, he should able to break the maiden. CLARTON SUPREME stayed on well to finish in second in his last start, from draw four in this contest, he should be competitive over the extra furlong today. NEWTON is a bit of an inconsistent sort but if able to put his best foot forward with in-form Ruan Maia aboard, the pair should be competitive in the run down to the line.
RACE 7 (09:00)
SELECTIONS: 8-10-13-2-3
FIGHT TO VICTORY is the value bet of today’s card, in his last start it is clear that something went amiss as he finished well back in the field. In his two runs before that he finished stayed on well to finish in fourth, if bringing that same form to the course today, he should have a good winning chance. PEGASUS JUNIOR improved in his last start to finish in fourth and if repeating that effort, he should be competitive at the finish. DRONE raced wide without cover in his last start from gate one with a bit of cover in this contest, he should in the top four.
RACE 8 (09:30)
SELECTIONS: 6-1-5-7-11
HARD TOO THINK won his last start on this course in fine style. Apprentice Kok retains the ride today and a repeat his latest effort should make him hard to beat. RAMBO improved nicely in his second start to finish in second and with Louis Phillepe Beuzelin in the irons, he should be competitive in the run down to the line. ATLAS hasn’t finished too far back in his last few starts and with Ruan Maia in the irons, the pair can threaten the top two selections.
RACE 9 (10:00)
SELECTIONS: 2-4-13-3-2
MAGIC WAND has been consistent in his last few runs when finishing in third once and fourth twice. With jockey Noh Senari in the irons, the pair should be able to win this. ROCKET STAR is dropping in the ratings in this contest and with Vladmir Duric in the irons, the pair should threaten the top selection at the finish. MY BIG BOSS is never in without a shout and with JP van der Merwe retaining the ride from a good mid-field draw, the pair should be competitive.
RACE 10 (10:30)
SELECTIONS: 8-2-3-7-9
INFERNO is a champion racehorse, he has won 7 out of his eight starts to date including a Grade 1, with Vladmir Duric retaining the ride, the pair should take a power of beating. FAME STAR bounced back to his best last time as he finished just over a length behind the winner and a repeat of that run should make him competitive at the finish. EXCELLING won his Grade 2 contest well in his last start and from draw two, he can threaten in this line-up.
RACE 11 (11:00)
SELECTIONS: 7-1-3-8-6
THE BROTHERHOOD is a consistent sort and with Ruan Maia in the irons, the pair is the narrow selection in this contest. GENTLEMEN AGREEMENT is another model of consistency and should be threatening the top selection in the run down the line with jockey John Powell in the irons. WATER ROCKET improved nicely in his last start to finish in third and with Vladmir Duric aboard, he should be in the mix at the finish.
