Of course she meets the latter on 3.5kgs better terms today and she has the services of a top jockey.

STRONG ‘N BRAVE has maintained his smart local form but was given a lesson when 2nd best ten days ago. That said, he finished comfortably ahead of TUBULAR BELL and WHITELEAF HILLS on that occasion and the trio clash on similar weight terms.

The fast improving filly MARCH MUSIC showed her quality when she blew away her opposition despite numerous issues recently. She clipped heels at the 1000m mark, her jockey raced with a slipped saddle and the daughter of Bold Silvano didn’t seem fully comfortable with blinkers. She is extremely well treated by the weights in this progress event and of course she acquitted herself with pride in mixed company on 06/07, finishing 3rd behind the top class filly Madame Speaker and her high quality stable- mate National Park (subsequent Highveld feature winner).
