The six-year old has been excellently placed in this Listed Handicap and hardly surprisingly shrewd jockey Marcus has secured the mount on the best drawn entrant whose racing style will fit in perfectly on this track.

The bay filly may have just needed her decent comeback run ten days ago and she had a smashing penultimate triumph over this c & d, the formline of which was lifted when the 4th placed entrant Second Request claimed that same position in the Cape Fillies Guineas recently.

The lightweight EXCLUSIVE QUANTITY has improved smartly since the gelding and he ran on strongly for 2nd on his handicap debut despite racing wide over this c & d two weeks ago. He was expectedly raised two pounds in his merit rating but the fast progressing son of Elusive Quality clearly has more to give and he should be heavily involved in the finish despite the obvious rise in class.

The bay son of Captain Al, JET LIGNITE caught the eye when he stayed on for 4th on debut in that seven furlong event on the polytrack and he should make natural improvement with the mile expected to suit him perfectly. Of course the smart CANADIAN BOLT fared best of all when he stayed on for 2nd in that event in his comeback run and he will strip fitter.
