FLASH FAMOUS was a narrow winner in his last start when defeating Jolly Honour by half a length. He comes in near the top of the weights and can make it quick back-to-back wins. SURE WIN WIN finished 1.5 lengths behind the top selection last time. He is nicely weighted and must also be considered in this opening contest.
13:15 – Race 2 | Class 5 | 1200m

M M JOHNNY was pipped at the wire over this C&D last time by Telecom Missile and will be looking to make amends. ZACIAN is surprisingly still winless despite his attractive recent run of form. TRAVEL GLORY comes in near the bottom of the weights and could be one to fill the trifecta spot.
13:45 – Race 3 | Class 4 | 1650m

The striking grey LEGION OF MERIT is in a rich vein of form. He likes to race on the speed and should give another good account of himself. GANG OF BROTHERS produced a fair last run when beaten 2.5 lengths by Kasi Farasi. He takes a slight drop in class and has former South African champion jockey Hewitson in the irons.
14:15 – Race 4 | Class 4 | 1650m

The Whyte-trained RAINBOW LIGHT followed up his recent win with a fair effort behind Flying Silver. He knows this course well and should be right there where it matters most. WINWIN THIRTYTHREE wasn’t disgraced when stepped up to a mile last time. He has cracked a neat draw and should give the top selection a good run for his money.
14:45 – Race 5 | Class 4 | 1200m

KING ECCELENTE won his last start under Teetan. He was hit with a fair penalty and is capable of confirming his recent improvement. GLORY BO BO has placed in his last two outings at Sha Tin. He shoulders a handy galloping weight and could be one to cause an upset in the type of field.
15:15 – Race 6 | Class 4 | 1200m

E BROTHER won his last start well over this C&D. That was interestingly his first run at Happy Valley and he showed a real affinity for the course. HEARTY WISH got up to beat Zacian and it will be interesting to see if the form line is done a favor in Race 2. YELLOWFIN is always thereabouts and can run into the placings.
15:45 – Race 7 | Class 4 | 1000m

JUNEAU FLASH was finishing positively last time when beaten half a length by FARIBAULT. He is 2kgs better off at the weights and can turn the tables on his recent conqueror. AMAZING ROCKY and SERGEANT PEPPER are the class packages in the race and both jump from an inside barrier position.
16:15 – Race 8 | Class 3 | 1650m
Selections: 1/7/4
RED MAJESTY has found one better in his last two starts. He is nicely weighted with apprentice Chung aboard and will just have to overcome the wide draw to have a say. MAJESTIC VICTORY finished just over three lengths behind the top selection in his penultimate start. He meets him on the same weight terms and may have to settle for minor money once more.
16:50 – Race 9 |Class 3 | 1200m

OUR LUCKY GLORY was only beaten by a length by Beauty Tycoon last time. He finished in-front of the Millard-trained COBHFIELD on that occasion and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. HEROIC MASTER won his only start over six furlongs and will have plenty of followers in the lucky last!
