The daughter of Visionaire would have gained from the experience and will love the extra furlong on offer. With the natural improvement that is expected, she should find herself in the winner’s enclosure

SOVEREIGN STATE is unbeaten from two starts, the latest of which was over a mile on this course. He lost a length leaving the start, but finished off his race strongly and got up where it matters most. The son of Visionaire should have no issues with the drop to 1400m. He has class about him and can keep his unbeaten record intact.

THESUPERNOVASTAR has produced two decent efforts to date. She showed speed over 1200m last time and did not go on with the effort. Her debut effort when running on from off the pace was encouraging. The daughter of Duke Of Marmalade will be at home over this distance. She has plenty of scope and if finding cover from her good draw of four, she is capable of finishing strongly and shedding her maiden tag.
