Race 4
RUBY TWO SHOES found a strong finish to end up just over a length behind the winner last time out over five furlongs, suggesting that the extra ground on offer here will be to her liking. She has a wideish draw of eight, but still looks to be the value in the race. NANNY’S PRIMED has her second run after a 25 week break. She finished fourth in her comeback outing over five furlongs and if not needing one more run, she could trouble the top choice. ALL ABOUT CHARLIE stayed on well when 2.1L behind the winner last time out over five furlongs and is another who could appreciate the extra ground. Her handy gate four is a plus.
Race 5
LES AMOUREUX is a 4yr old filly taking on the boys, but she was only outrun very late last time out when finishing third after setting the pace over 1900M. She has cracked pole position and may prove difficult to reel in over the closing stages. She looks to be the one that they all have to beat. SIR ANGUS made good late progress last time out over 1500M and gets a set of blinkers fitted for the first time today. If these make him concentrate all the way down to the wire, he could threaten the top pick, despite having to negotiate a wide draw of thirteen. FLYING EUROS takes a small step up in trip after finishing second in his last outing over 1620M. He faces a ten draw, but should be involved in the finish today.
Race 6
DELIUS finished strongly when recording second place last time out over 1550M, despite hanging in the closing stages. He is sure to put his pole position to good use here. MISS CLAMBAKE is a 4yr old filly taking on boys, but she won her last outing over 1620M at this venue to post her maiden victory. She takes on stronger today, but she may well be up to the task on hand. RESPLENDENCE is a 3yr old filly who also won her maiden race last time out, this time over 1500M. She showed plenty of determination in holding off all challengers that day and if repeating that effort here, she should be right up there in the mix. REAL GENT stayed on well in his latest outing over the mile at this track. He is however drawn the widest of them all, but on the plus side, the gelding will get 2kgs taken off his back thanks to his claiming apprentice and should be included in all bets.

Race 7
This looks a trick contest to end off the day’s proceedings. AT WITZ END was hamper in running before finishing third last time out over the c&d. He is drawn in gate three and is made the tentative top selection. SAXTON ROCK has his peak run here after disappointing last time out over 1350M. He starts from gate six and if bouncing back to his better form, he would be a big runner in this field. HERZEGOVINA was hampered shortly after the start last time out and that effort should be totally ignored. He had finished second in his two runs prior to that and should be a factor in this contest. TOWER ROAD stayed on well when ending up in fifth place last time out over a mile. He seems likely to enjoys the drop in trip today.
