CALIFORNIA TEN finished runner-up behind the talented Beauty Eternal last time. The current Hong Kong jockey champion jumps aboard and this chestnut is a strong contender. ALL FOR ST PAUL’S finished half a length behind the top selection last time. The pair meet on the same weight terms and there shouldn’t be too much separating them at the wire.

GO GO SIXTEEN was beaten the narrowest of margins by WINNING STEPS last time. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights and looks one of the better bets on the card. FLYING MOJITO finished right behind the top selection in his last start and should be involved in the finish once more.

The South African bred SMILING TIME was a narrow winner in his last start and finished right behind NICHOLSON RETURNS in his penultimate outing. He performs well for Luke Ferraris and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits in the lucky last. ALACRITY was beaten a couple of lengths by subsequent winner Ching last time and should be cherry-ripe.
