Luke Ferraris has picked up the ride and he may be able to coax a little bit extra out of him where it matters most. FOREVER FOLKS was beaten the narrowest of margins last time. However, he looks held by the top selection on his penultimate run.

PRECISION GOAL found betting support in his comeback effort when beaten half a length by Ninja Derby. He should come on nicely with that run under the belt. GO GO GO finally earned his first career win last time. He remains in Class 5 and it will be no surprise to see him make it quick back-to-back wins.

STORMING DRAGON has consistent form to his credit. He finished a length behind the winner before the break and will have plenty of followers. FUN N FUN TOGETHER also finished one length behind the winner last time. He is knocking on the door and can give the top selection a good run for his money. RUN RUN TIMING is next best.

The Frankie Lor-trained SANTORINI has produced two encouraging efforts over this distance. This may be his ideal trip at this stage of his career. RUN YES RUN finished 1.7 lengths behind the top selection last time. He is slightly worse off at the weights and may have to settle for the same result.

CHEVAL VALIANT showed his customary pace before getting outrun late by Fast Network last time. He will benefit from a 4.5kgs apprentice claim which should allow him to skip clear of his opposition. He definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. DRAGON AIR FORCE caught the eye on debut and should come on nicely with that run under the belt.
09:50 – Race 6 | Class 3 – 1600m

PACKING HURRICANE finished a couple of lengths behind AWESOME FLUKE last time. He is 5.5kgs better off at the weights and can turn the tables on his recent conqueror. ILLUMINOUS is better than his last two runs. He has cracked pole and the booking of Hugh Bowman to ride is a big plus.
10:20 – Race 7 | Group 3 – 1400m

CHIU CHOW SPIRIT has won his last two starts under Alex Badel. This may be his toughest test to date but the light weight should give him every opportunity. TAJ DRAGON is a former Group 3 winner. He has cracked pole and merits healthy respect. THE GOLDEN SCENERY can run into the placings.

BALLISTIC WIN was a beaten favorite behind Harmony N Home last time. He has cracked a neat draw and Ben Thompson knows him well. MASTER MASTERMIND showed signs of needing his comeback run. He has cracked pole and should appreciate the step up in distance. ALL RICHES can show if fit.
11:25 – Race 9 | Class 3 – 1200m

WUNDERBAR was ultra-impressive before given an eight-month layoff. He would have strengthened up nicely and booking the current champion jockey to ride suggests he is ready for this Class 3 contest. LUCY IN THE SKY has equally impressive form and can challenge the top selection. CAPTAIN WIN comes in with a handy galloping weight and must be included in quartets.
12:00 – Race 10 | Class 2 – 1200m

COPARTNER PRANCE is on a hot winning streak. He is unbeaten under Zac Purton and it will take a top sort to peg him back. SUPERB CAPITALIST finished 1.2 lengths behind the top selection three runs ago. He is nicely weighted with apprentice Angus Chung aboard and could be one to fill the exacta spot.
