PELICAN BAY had to be eased at a crucial stage in his last start over the c&d and would have almost certainly have won but for that incident. He also gave away start that day. From a mid-field draw and Warren Kennedy retaining the ride, he looks to be the one to side with here.

EIGHTFOLDS LASS goes for her hat-trick here. She finished strongly to win her last start over a mile which suggests that she will be at home over the extra furlong. She jumps from a handy draw.

BIG MYTH likes to set the pace in her races and will enjoy the 1.5kgs apprentice allowance. She goes back over nine furlongs today, but has recorded a win from five attempts and may prove difficult to collar in the race to the wire.
