TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The competition runs between 4 May 2020 00:00 – 28 June 2020 23:59. It will run for 8 weeks.
2. Cut off time for entries is 23h59 on 28 June 2020.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition and have a valid Hollywoodbets account.
4. A customer must place a Lucky Numbers bet on the selected draw for that week, to the minimum value of R5, per week on his/her online betting account in order to qualify for the weekly draw to win 1 of 5, R2 000 cash prizes per week.
E.G. For the Russia Draw 6/45, week 1, the punter would need to take a bet between (Monday 4 May 2020 – Sunday 10 May 2020). The punter will then be entered into that week’s draw to take place Monday 11 May 2020.
5. All entries will go into the draw for the grand prize of R20 000 at the end of the competition period, which will be drawn on Monday the 29th of June.
6. To enter, customers must:
• Follow the Lucky Numbers draw log weekly to bet on that specific weekly draw.
• Bet R5 or more on the applicable, correct draw and opt in once for all their bets to be entered.
7. Entries are unlimited; all entries that are not drawn in the weekly draws will be carried forward to the final grand draw to win R20 000 cash (but not the following week’s draw).
8. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
9. Winners are limited to one prize only throughout the competition.
10. Winners will be announced weekly, on the Monday after the weekly draw is completed.
11. Prize breakdown: 5 x R2 000 cash weekly and 1 x grand prize of R20 000 cash.

13. All draws will be done by a Hollywoodbets Team Member supervised by an internal auditor.
14. The cash prize winners need to have a valid South African bank account in order to claim the prize.
15. Winners must have a valid South African ID or local or international passport.
16. The winners need to provide Hollywoodbets with a bank statement (not older than 3 months) and a copy of their identity document within 5 business days of being contacted, in order to claim the prize.
17. Cash prizes will be transferred by electronic funds transfer into the winner’s nominated bank account within 7 days from the date of receipt of the winner’s correct banking details and a copy of the winner’s identity document.
18. By entering the competition, you agree:
o that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the
purposes of the competition; and
o to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
19. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their
names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline
participation in any such promotional activities.
20. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or
terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect
thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive
any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised
agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against
Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
21. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and
accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
22. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees,
agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly
controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life
partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
23. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users
and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its
subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers
and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage,
expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or
indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession
of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
