The competition runs between 1 February 2022 00:00 – 31 March 2022 23:59.

Cut-off time for entries is 23h59 on 31 March 2022.

Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.

Each ticket number can only be entered once.

Single and multiple bets on soccer and multiple bets with at least one soccer leg onto other sports will be accepted.

To enter, customers must take a bet in the qualifying week to be in the running for the next week’s draw; losing entries will be carried forward to the 16th and final draw – 1 April only. Example bet between 1st – 6th February to be entered into the draw for the 9th and 11th February or bet between 7th – 13th February to be entered into the following week.

There will be sixteen 16 draws in total. The dates for the draws will be as follows:

• 9-11-16-18-23-25 February 2022

• 2-4-9-11-16-18-23-25-30 March 2022

• The 16th draw will take place on 1 April 2022 where 3 winners will be drawn from all valid entries for the duration of the promotion (1 February – 31 March 2022) to spin for their big win.

The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries weekly.

Entries are not limited. Every soccer bet for R20 or more will be an additional entry.

15 winners will be randomly selected on the days above via a draw from all valid entries. 3 finalists will be drawn from all valid entries for the promotion period to spin for their big win in a grand finale. 18 winners will walk away with their share of up to R1 Million in cash.

The winners will be contacted on the above dates and Hollywoodbets will arrange to do the live animated soccer game within one day.

The three finalists who are selected to compete in the grand finale will be contacted on 1 April to make arrangements for a final live game. The winner will need to make themselves available at an agreed time.

The weekly winners will need to make themselves available at an agreed time within a day in order to do the live animated soccer game or they will have to forfeit their prize. It is also the winner’s responsibility to follow the prompts of the Zoom call.

If the winner is not able to make the live animated soccer game due to being sick / an unforeseen circumstance, they can give written consent to a nominee, to attend in their place.

If the winner is unable to follow the prompts of the Zoom call, they can go to a Hollywoodbets branch for assistance.

The selected winner will join a Zoom call where there will be an animated soccer themed Spina Zonke game.

How this works:

• The game starts

• A prerecorded voice will explain how the game works.

• The participant can continue spinning and the amounts won for each spin will be accumulated.

• The aim is for the participant to cash out before a spin with ‘consolation only win’ is recorded.

• If the customer has a spin with ‘consolation only win’, the customer will lose any and all accumulated amounts.

• However, the customer will receive a R5 000 consolation prize.

• Grand draw will be confirmed after three finalists are drawn where the 3 finalists drawn will spin to win their share of up to R1 Million in cash.

Example: 10k, 20k, 30k, 15k = R75k (if they cash out after 30k then they will win R60k, if they cash out after 15k they will win R75k. If the customer doesn’t cash out and the spin is a ‘consolation only win’ spin, no amount is won, and they will receive the R5k consolation prize)

Once a winner’s name has been selected in any of the first 15 draws, it is withdrawn from the promotion and cannot be re-selected in another draw except for the grand finale. A person may not win more than one weekly prize for the duration of the competition. They can, however, be selected to in the grand finale.

Draws to select the winners will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office supervised by an internal auditor.

Prizes are non-transferable.

Cash prize winners need to provide Hollywoodbets with a bank statement (not older than 3 months) and a copy of their identity document in order to claim the prize.

Cash prizes will be transferred electronically into the winner’s nominated bank account within 7 days from the date of receipt of the winner’s correct banking details and a copy of the winner’s identity document.

Cash winners have 5 business days from being contacted, to submit their banking details and a copy of their Identity Document to Hollywoodbets to claim their prize.

By entering the competition, you agree:

Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.

By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.

Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
