Hollywoodbets Durban July Experience Terms & Conditions

Valid from 01 May – 30 June 2024

1. Customers stand a chance to win a share of R250 000 in prizes.

2. How to enter:

Customers must purchase a Holly Top Up Voucher for R50 or more, redeem it into their Hollywoodbets account and opt in once on the promotions page.

3. The competition will run from 01 May – 30 June 2024.
4. Entries will close on 30 June 2024. (Final Draw date: 01 July 2024)
5. All SMS entries will close on 30 June 2024.
6. Voucher slips must be retained for all SMS entries.
7. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition and have a valid Hollywoodbets account.
8. Every Top Up Voucher counts as one entry into the competition and each voucher can only be used once.
9. Entries are unlimited. One Voucher = 1 Entry.
10. The prizes include 1 of 5 trips, for the winner and a partner, to the Hollywoodbets Durban July, or a share of R200 000 in prizes.
11. Travel, accommodation, airport transport and Hollywoodbets Durban July BOOMTOWN tickets will be provided for the winners of the trips. Anything above this will be a cost for the winners at their own expense.
12. The draws to announce the winners will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on the below dates:

13. The trip is only valid for travel over the Hollywoodbets Durban July period and cannot be redeemed at any other time. This trip is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. The Hollywoodbets Durban July BOOMTOWN access tickets is a VVIP raised deck that offers a premium hospitality experience including a complimentary lunch and dinner buffet, as well as a complimentary bar offering from 11am – 10pm.

• Plasma screens with live feed of the horse-racing only valid for entry at the event and cannot be exchanged for cash

15. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
16. The winners will be notified via phone call by a Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Member and will supervised by an Internal Auditor.
17. The winners will need to provide an activated Hollywoodbets account number, a cell phone number and address to claim the prize.
18. Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence related to the entry will be considered.
19. The winner\s will need to provide both their and partner’s information within 7 days after the draw.
20. By entering the competition, you agree that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition, to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners, to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

25. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
27. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
